Refund Policy

Starter and Pro are monthly subscriptions that automatically renew until canceled. Current prices, daily limits and any applicable checkout taxes are disclosed on Pricing and at checkout. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

First subscription: 7-day low-usage guarantee

For your first paid subscription to YT PFP, request a full refund within 7 calendar days (168 hours) of the first successful payment if your cumulative paid channel allowance use is 10 or fewer for Starter or 100 or fewer for Pro at the time of your request. This guarantee applies once per customer, not to each renewal or later plan purchase.

The threshold is cumulative across the period since that first payment, not a fresh threshold each day. One use means one successfully unlocked channel per UTC day. All image sizes, previews and repeated access to that channel on the same UTC day share that use; reopening it on a new UTC day counts again. Failed lookups and uses recorded before paid access began do not count toward this paid-use threshold. A request received within the window is assessed against usage when it was received, even if our reply comes later.

Other refundable situations

• Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges: a full refund of the duplicate or incorrect amount.
• A verified interruption caused by us lasting more than 72 consecutive hours: a proportionate refund or an extension agreed with you.
• Permanent discontinuation or termination by us without a breach by you: a proportionate refund of the unused prepaid period.
• Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable EU/UK withdrawal rights and remedies for defective or undelivered services, remain unaffected. Immediate access alone does not remove a statutory withdrawal right; any required express consent and acknowledgment must be obtained separately at checkout.

How to request a refund

Email gordon2024@qq.com from your account email, with your account email, order/transaction reference, request reason and relevant issue details. Do not send card numbers, card security codes, passwords or login links. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds through Waffo Pancake within 5–10 business days. Bank processing may take additional time. The guarantee is reviewed by support; submitting a request does not automatically issue a refund.

Renewals, cancellation and refunded access

Except for the situations and legal rights above, used subscription periods, renewals and unused daily allowance are not normally refundable. Canceling renewal does not itself refund previous charges. Once Waffo confirms a refund, the corresponding paid entitlement is revoked. Uses already recorded that UTC day are not erased; previously unlocked channels remain available for that day under the allowance rules. This policy never excludes a refund required by law.

Cancel renewal

Sign in → My account → “Manage subscription / cancel renewal” → cancel in the Waffo portal. Confirmed cancellation stops future renewal, while paid access continues to period end. You may also email gordon2024@qq.com for assistance.
